We may collect the following types of information through our website, forms, and Trainerize app:

• Name, email address, phone number, and contact details

• Responses to screening questions, enquiry forms, and fortnightly check-ins

• Health and fitness information relevant to your coaching program, including PAR-Q screening responses

• Payment and billing details

• Usage data collected through our website and coaching app

Health and fitness information is treated as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We only collect this information with your consent — for example, when you complete a PAR-Q or intake form as part of onboarding.

We use your information to:

• Provide coaching, support, and services tailored to your goals

• Process enquiries and manage your account

• Monitor your progress and personalise your coaching experience

• Process payments and manage billing

• Communicate important updates, schedules, or offers

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We use the following trusted third-party platforms to deliver and manage our services: Trainerize (coaching app and progress tracking), EmailOctopus (email communications), GoHighLevel (client relationship management), PayAdvantage (payment processing), and Jotform (forms and e-signatures). Your information may be disclosed to these providers as needed to deliver our services, and may be disclosed overseas as a result.

3. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including secure storage and limited access, in line with industry standards. All data collected via forms and Trainerize is safeguarded with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. As a general rule, client records are retained for the duration of your coaching engagement and for a reasonable period afterward (e.g. up to 7 years for financial and health-related records, in line with standard record-keeping requirements). Where information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

 

4. Your Choices & Rights

• You can access, update, or request correction of your personal information at any time by contacting us. 

• You may request deletion of your personal information, and we will act on this request except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it (for example, health records collected as part of your PAR-Q screening, or financial records required for tax purposes). 

• You may opt out of marketing communications by unsubscribing or contacting us.

• You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience. You can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. We may also use tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics to understand website traffic and improve our advertising.
