Yes — upon request and subject to availability.
We expect clients to do their best to complete all training/nutrition guidelines set in their plan to yield the best results possible and make the most change, for mind and body. We require completion of the fortnightly check-in process, inclusive of form, weight update and check-in photos — without these, you will not receive updates to your training and meal plans!
You must complete your fortnightly check-in form, upload check-in photos (side, front and back), and update your body weight. Without this, you will not receive updates to your training and meal plans!
We accept clients 16 years old and upwards. If you are under 18 years old, you will need to sign up with a parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian will need to approve the direct debit for the coaching services.
About Nutrition
Every meal plan we make is created and personalised to each person individually! While we have some favourite recipes, no two meal plans are the same. The ongoing development of your meal plans is a collaboration to make sure that you receive personalised plans suited to you and your goals. When you onboard, you will fill out a questionnaire which will give us information on what you're currently eating, what you like, what you don't like, as well as any dietary restrictions. We also try our best to meet our clients where they're at, meaning budgets are always top of mind when we are developing your plan.
Yes, we do couples meal plans! Whether it's your partner, bestie, roommate, or grandma, you will both need to sign up. There will be a section on your onboarding questionnaire where you will let us know who you signed up with. We can make the meal plans similar so that it is easier for groceries and meal prep. The portion sizes and ingredients will likely differ due to different energy requirements and goals.
Yes, of course! We have a team of experienced nutritionists and dietitians who will work with you each month to ensure that your meal plans are developed in accordance with your dietary restrictions and/or preferences.
We always endeavour to meet each client where they're at. We consider budget restrictions and frequently price-check items at local grocery stores to stay in the know!
About Billing and Terms
All plans carry a minimum term of 12 weeks.
After your minimum term, you can submit your request to cancel via email at admin@graeelite.com.
Please note there is a 30-day notice period, during which you will still have full access to your plan, check-ins, and sessions.
No, you cannot cancel within your 12-week minimum term (unless stated otherwise).
Memberships can be placed on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks at a time (unless stated otherwise). There is a required 7 days' written notice for hold requests.
We strongly advise against putting your membership on hold during term periods, as this is where the most important habits are built. You can place your membership on hold during your 12-week minimum term; however, this will result in your minimum term being extended for the equal duration of the hold.
We accept credit/debit cards (excluding Amex) and bank transfers. All memberships are set up on a direct debit from the account/card of your choosing. Our standard payment terms are weekly — if you would prefer fortnightly or monthly debits, please notify us during your onboarding period.
